RETURN INFORMATION

RETURN POLICY

Most returns will be accepted for thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Return Policy of Top Offroad Performance will accept returns of new, unused merchandise, in their original condition and original packaging within thirty (30) days of purchase date. Returns must be initiated from the Return Request page on our site. DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS BACK WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US. It is important to include the part number, date ordered, and order number in your request. You will then be emailed a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Upon receipt, the returned merchandise will be inspected, and the return typically resolved within three(3) to five(5) business days. Some manufacturers can take longer to inspect product returns, which may slightly delay potential refunds.

Clearance, Closeout, and Refurbished Products

As stated on their product pages, all sales are final. Refurbished products may not be returned for cosmetic imperfections.

Shortages, Mis-shipments, and Damage

TOP and our partners make every effort to ensure that shipments leave complete, correct, and well-packaged. However, there are rare occasions where an error has occurred, or items have been damaged in transit. We ask that you carefully inspect your package to make sure everything is present and undamaged and report any issues to TOP within two (2) business days of receipt.

Cancellations and Refusals

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. For delivery refusals and in-transit cancellations, refunds will be less any refusal and/or redelivery fees and will be delayed until we’ve been billed by the carrier.
